1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Not Today application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Services
Not Today is a text message filtering application designed to identify and filter unwanted spam messages. The App uses pattern recognition and user-defined filters to help identify potential spam messages.
3. User Accounts and Subscription
3.1. Premium features of the App require a subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycles, are displayed before purchase.
3.2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.3. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
4. Privacy and Data
4.1. We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
4.2. The App may require access to your text messages to provide filtering services. We do not store your message content on our servers.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon or restrict anyone else's use.
5.2. You may not use the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without explicit permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
7.3. We do not guarantee that all spam messages will be identified or filtered correctly.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
8.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
9.2. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
10.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
10.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
